Lapwing Cottage has just been renovated. It is a stone built cottage in the traditional style with black felt roof. The interior is stylish, modern and comfortable, and affords the highest standard of accommodation.

LAPWING COTTAGE WILL SLEEP 4/5 PEOPLE

The cottage, which has wireless broadband, has the central heating and hot water provided by an air to water source heat pump.  It comprises:

GROUND FLOOR
Combined hardwood and tiled floors throughout.

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING AREA | large
spacious room which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, integrated dishwasher, microwave and a full range of appliances. There is a large dining table, chairs and comfortable seating.

BATHROOM | spacious bathroom with separate shower, basin, large bath and WC.

UTILITY ROOM | with washing machine, and extra fridge.

FIRST FLOOR
Solid wood flooring throughout.

TWIN BEDROOM | with two comfortable 3' beds, chair,
side cabinets, lamps and chest. There is an extra mattress under one of the beds. Persian carpet between beds.

DOUBLE BEDROOM | with standard double bed, chair,
side cabinets, lamps and chest. Persian carpet on hardwood floor.

OUTSIDE
There is a large fenced garden with off road car parking and spectacular views towards the coast.
